Shipping Guidelines

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via your chosen courier with tracking and drop-off without signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Return Policy

Returns are not accepted on items that have been damaged due to the courier's negligence. Scratches, dents, and/or discoloration on the exterior case of SEALED ITEMS cannot be used as a basis for exchanging or returning the item(s). Returns are only accepted for items that are defective or missing parts due to our error. To request a return, you must provide documentation in the form of a full version of you opening the delivery and identifying the incorrect item(s) and/or missing orders. No unboxing video = No Return/Exchange 

Please Note:

  • Incomplete or damaged inclusions are not covered by our warranty for SEALED ITEMS.   
  • Items that have been broken in transit will not be accepted for return. MerchDive ensures that the items are securely packed and delivered in pristine condition.   
  • All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
